The intellectual and jurisprudential analysis of laws and issues derived from Prophetic narratives is a significant topic in Islamic studies, aiming to understand the principles, rulings, and guidance extracted from the life events of Prophets (peace be upon them) and their Companions (may Allah be pleased with them). This article examines the intellectual and jurisprudential insights drawn from these narratives in a contemporary context, highlighting their practical application and relevance in addressing modern challenges. It emphasises that these rulings are not merely religious principles but also offer comprehensive guidance for various aspects of human life, including ethics, justice, social conduct, and legal frameworks. This study seeks to elucidate the wisdom behind these rulings and endeavours to provide a comprehensive framework for their effective implementation in the modern era.
