“ORIENTALISTS’ ACCOUNTS ABOUT FAMILY OF PROPHET”(A CRITICAL ANALYSIS IN THE LIGHT OF ZIA UN NABI BY PIR M. KARAMSHAH)
Keywords:
Family of the Prophet, Orientalists, Zia un Nabi, Pir Karam Shah, Banu Hashim, Family of Ibrahim and IsmailAbstract
Since the beginning of Islam, the Jews and Christians have been plotting against the Quran and Sunnah. They have been preventing people from being nourished by this fountain of purity. They have been showering slander on his bright and virtuous character. Their aim was to turn people away from the religion of Islam.
In the modern eta, oriantalists and enimies of Islam have started making fabricated objections and false accusations against the noble character of the benefactor of humanity, Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH), his family, and his relitives. Sometimes they seek to diminish the glory of his ancestors, prophet Ibrahim and and Ismail (PBUH), sometimes they doubt his Arab descent, and sometimes they deny the leadership, greatness, and majesty, the Quraysh and Banu Hashim. Sometimes they attribute oppression, terrorism, lust for wealth and power, poverty and bankruptcy to the Prophet (PBUH), and sometimes they attribute poverty and hardship to the wealthy companions of the Prophet (PBUH), and the attribute wealth, and leadership to the poor infidels and polytheists. This article will mention the doubts and objections raised by Oriantalists against the personality, family, close relatives, and companions of the Prophet (PBUH), and then they will be examined in a research and critical manner.
